DESCRIPTION:
This is a strategy for expanding PQPlus presence and services by establishing a new training hub in the in the Island area of Lagos State, Nigeria.

METHODOLOGY:
The data sets were brought to life as a result of a union between all tables; being Data Analytics and Business Intelligence courses for Lagos and Abuja candidates split into midweek and weekend sessions. As well as the UIUX and System Admin course products. I created the progress bar because, there was no measurement of the payment. It was done to monitor the activities of the sales team to ensure the payment dates were fully collated.
Furthermore, the results shows us a track of the candidate journey from when they found out about the business, signed up and became activated till when they got their success stories. More insights can be found in the data sets from the query.

BUSINESS BENEFITS:
The project aims to increase market reach, optimize revenue and strategically grow the business for expansion. Some other actionable insights pulled from the project includes:
Higher revenue generation.
Improved efficiency in tracking candidate registrations and payments.
The BEBI system helped the management make Informed decision based on accurate data insights.
