OVERVIEW:
The proposed project aims to establish a real-time visibility system for SwiphtGreen, a start-up renewable energy company based in Lagos, Nigeria. SwiphtGreen specializes in offering procurement services for Solar Panels, Hybrid inverters, and Batteries. Additionally, the company provides design and project management services for efficient Solar Energy systems. Over the past two years, SwiphtGreen has achieved significant success, generating over 35 million Naira in Revenue. In line with it’s growth and commitment to sustainability, SwiphtGreen intends to launch a training platform to empower aspiring students with the knowledge and skills needed to design Solar systems, conduct Energy audits, manage implementations, set up their companies and establish a strong web presence to generate income efficiently

GOALS:
The project’s primary objectives are as follows:
Real-Time Visibility: Implement a data-driven system to offer real-time visibility into the training program’s progress. This will enable SwiphtGreen to monitor candidate enrolment, course progress and overall platform engagement.
Data Integration and Analysis: Utilize Data Pluga Tech to seamlessly integrate and analyze candidate data, course performance and other relevant metrics to derive actionable insights.
KPI Dashboards: Develop interactive dashboards with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and charts to provide a visual representation of the training programs, identifying areas for improvement.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Implement Data Pluga Tech to gather candidate information seamlessly.
Integrate data from the training platform and other relevant sources into a centralized dashboard.
Enable real-time updates to track candidate enrolment, course progress, and other metrics.
Develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards using appropriate data visualization tools.
Include KPIs related to candidate engagement, completion rates, and overall performance.

MILESTONES:
The project will be divided into the following milestones:
Training Platform Development:
Complete the development of the online training platform with all specified features.
Perform testing and debugging to ensure the platform’s functionality.

Data Integration and Real-Time Visibility:
Integrate Data Pluga Tech to collect candidate data effectively.
Set up ETL processes to enable real-time data updates on the visibility dashboard.

KPI Dashboards and Analysis:
Design and implement KPI dashboards to visualize training program progress.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Final Review and Launch:
Conduct a comprehensive review of the entire system for any refinements.
Launch the training platform and real-time visibility system.

At the end this project, the real-time visibility system will allow SwiphtGreen to track the training program’s performance and continuously improve its offerings for maximum impact.
